Our 1,080 square foot storage units are personally purchased & owned.
Built in 2004-2005, every unit is unique & "finished out" by each owner -- ranging from raw storage on up. Side-by-side units are often combined. All units have access to water, sewer, electricity, natural gas, & include a floor drain. High-speed internet service through Mediacom is available free of charge, & the entire property is monitored by security cameras.
Zoning is M-2, Light Industrial.

Although TBSCOA does not buy or sell individual units, we do work to refer potential buyers & sellers to each other whenever possible.
As a condominium owners' association,
we are responsible for common area maintenance including landscaping, security lighting, & snow removal.
Quarterly dues apply
($200 per unit per quarter).
